Nicole Bishop

Nicole is originally from Cincinnati, Ohio. She is a proud graduate of the Ohio State University where she majored in political science. Immediately after graduating from Ohio State, Nicole moved to the Mississippi Delta to teach high school mathematics in Leflore County. Nicole continues to teach algebra and computer science at her placement school where she also coaches fast-pitch softball.

Nicole seeks to expand access to an equitable and rigorous computer science education for public school students in the Delta.

Fun Fact: Nicole enjoys photographing high school sports, a hobby she picked up as the volunteer school photographer. Her favorite sport to photograph is football, but baseball is a close second.
