Meaghan Fuller

Meaghan is originally from Massachusetts. She attended Westfield State University where she received her Bachelors in Elementary Education. In 2017 she packed her bags and headed to Jackson, Mississippi to teach fourth grade. Since then, she now teaches first grade in the same school and LOVES teaching lower elementary.

She has developed a passion for literacy and has acknowledged the fact that children need a firm foundation in literacy to become strong and thoughtful readers. Upon her enrollment in the TFA Graduate Fellows Program, she has begun implementing a Book Buddy program. The program works to pair lower elementary students with third graders to read together daily and empower the older students with new reading skills that they can then teach their buddy. 

Fun Fact: Meg has met Kelly Clarkson, Coldplay, and a variety of other artists from when she worked for a radio station in Boston.
